CardCove ships Pokémon Trading Card Game products, collectibles and accessories throughout Australia. We aim to package every order securely and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

CardCove currently ships to addresses within Australia.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. Where international shipping is available, additional shipping costs, customs requirements, taxes and import charges may apply.

2. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, including new Pokémon TCG releases, sales, promotions and holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

CardCove will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the advertised processing timeframe.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and the destination.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside CardCove's reasonable control, including:

  • Postal network delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Public holidays;
  • Industrial action;
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • Delivery network disruptions; or
  • Other circumstances affecting the relevant delivery provider.

  • Other delivery services selected by CardCove.

Available services may change from time to time.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including:

  • Destination;
  • Package size;
  • Package weight;
  • Shipping service selected; and
  • Order value.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

CardCove may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any conditions attached to free shipping promotions will be displayed during the relevant promotion.

6. Free Shipping

Where CardCove offers free shipping, the offer may be subject to:

  • A minimum order value;
  • Specific products;
  • Specific shipping services;
  • Australian delivery addresses; or
  • Other promotional conditions.

Free shipping promotions do not necessarily include express delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is used, CardCove will provide tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after an order has been dispatched.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.

This includes:

  • Name;
  • Street address;
  • Unit/apartment number where applicable;
  • Suburb;
  • State;
  • Postcode; and
  • Any relevant delivery instructions.

CardCove is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

If an order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an incorrect address, contact CardCove immediately at:

support@cardcove.com.au

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address where possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

9. Lost Parcels

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact CardCove.

We may request information from you and lodge an investigation with the relevant shipping provider.

Where CardCove is responsible for the shipment and the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Parcels Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property;
  2. Check with other household members;
  3. Check with neighbours;
  4. Check any safe-drop location;
  5. Check whether the parcel has been taken to a nearby collection point; and
  6. Contact the relevant delivery provider.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact CardCove at support@cardcove.com.au so we can investigate.

11. Stolen Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery address.

Where a parcel has been correctly delivered to the address supplied by the customer and tracking confirms delivery, CardCove may not be responsible for theft occurring after delivery.

Customers may request that eligible orders be sent using a service requiring a signature on delivery.

For high-value Pokémon cards, CardCove may require signature-on-delivery or another appropriate delivery service.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Damaged Orders

CardCove takes care to protect products during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

support@cardcove.com.au

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photographs of the outer packaging;
  • Photographs of the damaged product;
  • Photographs of any internal packaging; and
  • A description of the damage.

Do not discard the packaging until CardCove has completed its investigation.

If the product was damaged before or during delivery and you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, CardCove will provide the appropriate remedy.

13. Packaging of Trading Cards

CardCove takes additional precautions when shipping individual Pokémon cards and other valuable collectibles.

Depending on the product, cards may be protected using combinations of:

  • Penny sleeves;
  • Card sleeves;
  • Top loaders;
  • Semi-rigid holders;
  • Team bags;
  • Cardboard protection;
  • Bubble wrap;
  • Padded mailers; and
  • Appropriate shipping boxes.

The packaging method may vary depending on the value and quantity of products purchased.

14. High-Value Orders

For higher-value orders, CardCove may use:

  • Tracked shipping;
  • Signature on delivery;
  • Additional protective packaging; or
  • Other security measures.

CardCove may contact the customer before dispatch if additional information or verification is reasonably required for a high-value order.

15. Combining Orders

If multiple orders are placed separately, CardCove may combine them into a single shipment where practical.

CardCove may, at its discretion, refund duplicated shipping charges where orders are combined.

However, orders are not guaranteed to be combined.

Customers who wish to combine orders should contact CardCove before the orders are dispatched.

16. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will generally be dispatched around the advertised release date.

If an order contains both pre-order products and currently available products, CardCove may hold the entire order until the pre-order product is available unless otherwise stated.

Where practical, customers may be offered the option to have available products shipped separately.

Additional shipping charges may apply where separate shipments are requested.

17. International Shipping

CardCove currently does not offer international shipping unless specifically stated on the website.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • GST/VAT;
  • Customs clearance charges; and
  • Other government or carrier fees.

These charges are generally not included in CardCove's advertised product prices unless specifically stated.

18. Incorrect or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to CardCove because:

  • The address was incorrect;
  • The customer failed to collect the parcel;
  • Delivery was refused; or
  • The parcel could not be delivered for a reason attributable to the customer,

CardCove may contact the customer to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Any refund will be handled in accordance with the CardCove Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

19. Shipping Insurance

Where additional shipping insurance is purchased or included, claims will be handled in accordance with the relevant shipping provider's terms.

CardCove may require information or documentation from the customer to process a claim.

20. Delivery Instructions

Customers may provide delivery instructions where supported by the relevant delivery provider.

CardCove cannot guarantee that a carrier will follow specific delivery instructions.
